Placing an Order

There are various ways to place an order depending on your browsing and shopping habits. The following guide is here to give you some helpful hints and tips, which you to enhance your shopping experience.

Above all, we like to keep things simple.

Browsing

On the home page we have a menu at the top, breaking down bathrooms into straight forward categories. By hovering over a category in the main menu, you will then be guided to select a sub-category, which includes modern and traditional choices and in certain cases, you can also select our chosen coloured collections.

If you scroll down the home page we have a clear, visual guide based on our categories and popular bathroom types.  You might wish to browse one of our brands or check out one of our top sellers.

With your mobile phone you will see the main menu in the top right corner of the screen.

On both desktop and mobile, we have our advanced search bar feature.  By typing in a search term, you will instantly see a list of suggested products and collections, with a helpful thumbnail image of the product.  Even better still, there is a button to start voice search.

Product Selection

Once you select a category, you will transfer to a collections page, where you have the options to filter and sort the products.

If a product has more than one option, for example if there are multiple colours or sizes, then you will see the number of options.  If there are various colours, you will see colour swatches and can select a colour to see the new colour image without having to click further to the product page, giving you a sneak preview and saving you lots of time.

We show you most importantly if the product is in stock.

Detailed Product Pages

You’ve selected a product and now wish to see more details.  With every product you will be able to check the dimensions, and for total peace of mind, we also let know if there are any other products that you might need to consider.  Buying a bath, then you might need a bath waste!

We have detailed descriptions and specifications which summarise the critical attributes of the product. You can add the product to the cart to start the next step in your shopping journey or choose Paypal express checkout.

The Cart

Also known as the Shopping Basket.  This gives you a summary of the products you have added and the prices you will pay.  You can still change the quantity.  Next step is the go to the checkout but again you can select express checkouts with Paypal and Google Pay.

Checkout

We use a simple one-page checkout. You can at any time go back to the cart page by clicking the cart symbol in the top right corner of the checkout page or go back to browsing by clicking the bathmegastore.com logo.

You have the option to login if you have purchased before or start the checkout process by entering your email address.

You first need to enter your delivery details.  The phone number you enter is required so that we can send a delivery update and/or call you to arrange delivery. You have the option to change the billing address if your card is linked to a different address.

As we are running promotions from time to time, you can also enter a voucher code to get a promotion discount.

We offer a wide range of secure payment options including; VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, Discover.

Based on your delivery postcode, the delivery costs will be calculated automatically.  There are certain regions / postcodes that unfortunately we cannot deliver to and these are detailed on our ‘Delivery’ page in the footer.

Finally, you click “Review order”

Review & Pay

Next, you are given the opportunity to check all the details before you finally pay.

Order Confirmation

If everything is OK, then you will be directed to an order confirmation page and you will very soon receive the same order confirmation by email.
