Delivery
- All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
- The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order in the checkout and is based on your postcode and size of your order.
- Our deliveries are made either by DPD, DX or with our supplier’s own fleet of vehicles, in the form of parcel or packaged on a pallet.
- Standard delivery time is usually 3-5 business days.
- For deliveries on our supplier’s own vehicles, you will be contacted by telephone (on the mobile number you provide when you place the order) to arrange the delivery.
- If the order is shipped via DPD/DX, then you will be sent a SMS message informing of the time/date of delivery. There will be a link to track your delivery.
- All pallet deliveries are to the kerb side. Please ensure that you make suitable arrangements for the handling of pallet deliveries to ensure the goods are moved on arrival to a safe location inside the property.
- Items should be checked upon delivery prior to signing for any damage or missing items. Our courier drivers will allow sufficient time for you to do this.
- If this inspection results in any problems or faults please contact our office within 24 hours of delivery, with an email of any reported damages (including images) and we will be happy to help resolve any problems.
- Please do not fit any damaged goods, as we will be unable to replace or refund damaged items which have been installed. If you find your goods are damaged, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.

- We highly recommend that you do not book any trades people until you receive and inspect the goods.
- If you are not available to receive the goods as agreed, then :
o DPD will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery
o DX will attempt to deliver up to 3 times
o Our supplier’s own Homefleet delivery service will return the goods to the warehouse - If goods are returned to the warehouse, then we will charge a fee relating to the costs of transport
