To place an order, visit our website and browse the products you're interested in. Add the item(s) to the Cart. Visit the Cart page else go straight to Checkout. Enter your details, select one of the payment options, review the order and then confirm the order.

We completely get it, we change our minds too!
You have a 'cooling off' period, 14 days from receipt of your goods, in which to cancel your order.

We only deliver to mainland United Kingdom.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 business days, if the item(s) are in stock.
For items which are backordered or sold out, please contact our office on 020 7096 0899 or by email info@bathmegastore.com, and we will be pleased to inform of when the item(s) will be back in stock.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout, depending on the size/nature of the goods.
We offer free shipping for orders >£499.

We will then assess your enquiry and determine if the conditions fulfill our return criteria.
If the reason for return is accepted, then we will arrange for collection.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Our promotions run for specific periods of time and have in some cases minimum requirements e.g. order must have a minimum value.
If the order does not meet the criteria for the promotion, then the voucher code field may not be visible.
